Yes MAL-GUARD will protect your device even if you are ‘offline’. Once you are online, it will auto update itself if needed
The application is optimized to consume as little as possible and in order to protect you 24/7, It needs to be able to always run in the background.
MAL-GUARD Flexi comes with Zero Phishing Technology to verify if there is any malicious content or website. This is expected behavior in order to protect you from phishing links.
MAL-GUARD does not store any information or your private data in the cloud. It does not even track your location. What MAL-GUARD collects are the threat or event logs that are triggered when there is an abnormal activity on your devices. Syberhub ensures that all of our products are compliant to PDPC and GDPR standards.
To transfer the license to another mobile or computer, email us @ sybersupport.malguard@syberhub.net with your Computer Name or your Mobile Model . When first installing the application, the AI will run a complex algorithm to learn your mobile and endpoint behavior in order to give you complete protection. This may make your device feel sluggish for the first hour. Do a restart of your device first to see if it helps. You can contact Syberhub MAL-Guard Support if the issue persists.
Harmony Mobile and Harmony Endpoint Security will trigger at our end and we will verify what type of threat and will inform you.
MAL-GUARD Flexi has an inbuilt firewall protection for all endpoints. This firewall monitors every incoming and outgoing internet data including network printing and folders. This is an expected behaviour in order to protect you from any network attacks.
